Todd Freeman

Todd Freeman serves as the Assistant Chief of Police for the Appleton Police Department. Todd has worked in Fox Valley policing since beginning his career with the Fox Valley Metro Police Department in 1995. Todd joined the Appleton Police Department in 2000, working in a variety of roles in his time with the APD. Todd is a Janesville, WI native and University of Wisconsin-Whitewater graduate. He and his wife, Terri, have three adult children.
