Our next training session will occur in August or September of 2022.  Please fill out a volunteer application form if you are interested in becoming a Victim Crisis Responder.

The Fox Cities Victim Crisis Response Team (VCR Team) is a volunteer organization designed to assist local law enforcement and emergency personnel in providing on-scene support and assistance to members of the community and their families. The VCR Team responds to calls that involve victims of crime and/or those in crisis. Team members respond to a variety of incidents including; suicide, homicide, robbery, abuse/neglect, death notifications and accidents etc. The VCR program runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so some evening and overnight hours are required.  Volunteers are required to keep 12 on call hours per month to ensure that services are always available to the community.  Due to the intense nature of the role not all volunteers will be selected upon completion of training.
